In Afghanistan, diarrhoeal diseases are the second most common cause of death for children under the age of five, after acute respiratory infections and it is caused due to no hygienes and clean water.
Most of the people walk for miles to bring clean water for drinking, they can’t afford to have thier own water pump or water wells.
